Dear Patient,
Please note several important upcoming changes taking effect soon.
#1) Rates for all psychotherapy services will increase for all non-Veteran patients starting on October 1st.

#2) Elevation Psychology PLLC is in the process of migrating to a new electronic medical record (EMR) platform called My Best Practice with a full transition expected by September 1st.
This new EMR includes a patient portal with the following features: setting up appointment reminders via text; generating invoices/superbills as often as you'd like; completing surveys sent by your clinician; securely sending/receiving messages and documents with your clinician; and increased functionality for electronically processing health insurance billing claims.
As part of the migration, we will be setting each of you up with client portals within the My Best Practice system. You may receive a text or email with an enrollment invitation, please follow the instructions to finish activating your portal. You can find the link to the MBP patient portal on the Menu tab of this website or click on the button below.

Elevation Psychology PLLC is in the process of hiring new psychotherapy providers to serve more patients of the Phoenix Mental Health Clinic at each clinic location and will be offering an expanded array of options for group programming and individual psychotherapy services.​ As we expand our team and services, we plan to expand access to more services for more patients by credentialing our psychotherapy providers with as many health insurance companies as possible.
